Iquitos - El Corozon de la Amazona

Iquitos is the biggest city in the world unreachable by road- to get there you have to take a river boat or fly. It is the gateway to some of the most diverse jungle in the world, and home of our adoptive family for almost 2 weeks, along with a lucky Aussie traveler. We were brought in and introduced to Peru and one of the most magic places in the world. The city itself is full of motorbikes, moto taxies, markets, barrios, and amazing food and people. On the edges of the city is pure jungle and amazing river communities, secrets- magic shamans, wild animals, and all kinds of insects y´all dont want to know about.
