Blessed once again -our return to Machu Picchu! The first time we did it like the Incas, making our own trail, and climbing the mountainside by moon light. The second time we entered as tourists paying admission and hommage to this magical place. We were accompanied by the orginal Mamasan who earned soldier points & backpacker initiation by dominating the stairs and steep hikes in Aguas Calientes and Machu plus staying at a three dollar hostel- taking one step closer to full ninja status.
