Koh Tonsay is what islands in thailand used to be like about twenty years ago. There are no hotels, no roads, no atms, and very few travelers. You sleep in a simple bamboo hut on the beach. In the morning the sounds of animals wake you up, and in the evening the hum of generators lul you to sleep. You can walk around the island in a few hours but it is hard to gather the inspiration to go much further than your bungalow which has it's own private beach. We spent the days floating in innertubes in the gentle waters, eating crab and fresh fish, and blessing Jah. Busy, busy, busy... life is hard.
